From seaside feast to masterclass and exclusive overnight escape

Experience an unforgettable getaway filled with Italian food, wine, and hospitality, and the company of acclaimed chef Massimo Mele at Isola Bar E Cibo on Wadjemup / Rottnest Island.

Inspired by his Italian-Tasmanian heritage, Massimo presents “Tutti a Tavola” — a four-course lunch held on Thursday 25 September, including wine pairings, a welcome aperitivo, canapes, and storytelling.

The next morning, on Friday 26 September, continue your culinary journey with the “Flavours of the Amalfi” — a beachfront cooking class showcasing three cherished family seafood recipes, finished with a refreshing Lemon Sgroppino on the beach.

Extend your experience by retreating to a Poolside or Beachfront King Suite at Samphire Rottnest after the four-course lunch to prepare yourself for the masterclass the next morning.

This exclusive package includes:

  • One night stay in a Poolside or Beachfront King Suite at Samphire Rottnest
  • Two tickets to the Tutti a Tavola lunch experience, including a welcome aperitivo, canapes, four-course lunch and paired wines
  • Two tickets to the Flavours of the Amalfi masterclass, including a rare, hands-on cooking experience led by Massimo Mele himself

Lunch and masterclass only tickets (excluding accommodation) are also available via Isola Bar E Cibo's website.

  • This experience is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  • The package includes one lunch event, one morning cooking class and one night accommodation at Samphire for two people.
  • The one night stay is for Thursday 25 September 2025, departing 26 September 2025 and is non-transferable.
  • Further terms and conditions may apply. Visit the Samphire Rottnest website for full details.
