Captain Hussey Train
The Captain Hussey Train will be out of service Monday 13 October to Friday 24 October 2025 inclusive. There are no replacement bus services, excluding Grand Island Tour passengers who will be taken to Oliver Hill by bus.
Before you cycle back or board the return bus to the settlement, savour a snack or sip on a drink at Lexi’s.
The West End's rugged landscape is a wondrous place to observe the wildlife that call Wadjemup / Rottnest Island home. Keep your senses sharp for a glimpse of long-nosed fur seals, wave-hopping dolphins or migrating humpback whales (subject to the season).
On your sight-seeing journey, Lexi’s offers a welcome rest stop with hot and cold drinks, ice creams and other snacks. As a member of the Frankie’s family, you can enjoy the same quality, barista-made coffee at Lexi’s also found at big brother Frankie’s, opposite the bakery in the settlement and at sister Kalli’s, located at Wadjemup Lighthouse.
