This Melbourne Cup, swap the city skyline for ocean views and let Rottnest Island set the scene for a day of celebration.

From 10:30 am, the Bayside Room at Hotel Rottnest becomes your race-day lounge, with the main event broadcast live on the big screen. Watch the horses thunder down the track, then raise a glass at the Island Bar’s champagne takeover while soaking up the sounds from DJ Brett Costello and DJ Aly.

Whether you're dressed to the nines or adding flair with a standout fascinator, you’ll be in the running for prizes that celebrate creativity and style.
