On Friday 5 September, the final chapter of Samphire Rottnest’s Home Grown dining series is a celebration of Tasmania’s pristine waters and rugged charm. Held in the elegant Bayside Room, the evening begins freshly shucked St Helen oysters, prepared live by the renowned Jerry the King of Oysters, alongside Tasmanian green lip abalone and wild scampi caviar. The journey continues with a comforting Tasmanian salmon cottage pie, followed by a succulent lamb rack served with smoked eggplant, and concludes with a warm apple tart for dessert.
Each dish is expertly paired with premium cool-climate wines from Tasmania’s most celebrated producers, offering a true taste of the island’s unique terroir.
To complete your island escape, this package includes a night in Poolside accommodation, return ferry transfers from Fremantle with Rottnest Express, and tickets to the full Home Grown dinner experience for two—all for just $800 per couple.
This exclusive package includes:
- Poolside King Suite accommodation for two at Samphire Rottnest
- Two tickets to the Home Grown Tasmania dining experience

Dining-only tickets are priced at $210 per person and include a curated set menu with premium wine pairings.

- Dietary requirements must be communicated via email to the team, no later than the 30 August 2025 (5 days prior). Samphire takes no responsibility for not being able to accommodate dietary requirements if the dietary requirements are not communicated prior to this date.
- No refunds will be offered should ticketholders not attend the event at Samphire. Any cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur the full price of the ticket(s).
